I am the co-founder and producing director for coLAB Arts in New Brunswick, NJ, providing performance and developmental programs for emerging artists, and arts education for the local community. For coLAB Arts I have directed a bilingual production of Romeo and Juliet/Romeo y Julieta, and the New Jersey premiere of Ken Urban's I Heart Kant. Recent New York directing credits include the upcoming production of Night Cycle by Jessica Corn (prod. Gabrielle Berberich), Kafka Shorts and Into the Labyrinth/Art of Love for Voice Afire, I Hope They Serve Beer on Broadway by Tucker Max for Gorilla Rep, and assistant director for Joe Brancato on Drop Dead Perfect at Pecadillo Theatre Company. I have also assisted for Brancato at Penguin Rep on Sex and Education, and the upcoming production of Playing the Assassin. I am the owner of Smugbug Productions, operating as a producing consultant and producer for the National Theatre of Scotland, Foster Entertainment, Sprat Artistic Ensemble, and Poetic Theater Productions. I was the associate producer for the critically and commercially successful New York production of Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More. I am a teaching artist for Mason Gross School of the Arts and coLAB Arts, and a proud graduate of Rutgers University.
